Copyright
As the artist, I reserve full, exclusive copyright of commissions, original artwork, and all prints created. Commissioned artwork, prints, and any shop items purchased are for personal use only. You may not authorize reproductions by parties other than Heather Paul.

Damage During Shipping
In the event that a product purchased from Art of Heather Paul is damaged during shipment, please send a photo of the damages within 14 days of receiving the goods to artofheatherpaul(at)gmail.com, and I will replace the item(s) free of charge upon return of the damaged piece(s) when possible. Claims made after the 14 day period will be rejected. Customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with returning the damaged item.

Returns and Exchanges
If you are, for any reason, unhappy with your purchase, please contact me within 14 days of delivery and I will consider each situation on a case-by-case basis.

If it is deemed that a return or exchange is warranted, return of the item in its original condition is required before any refund can be made.

You as the customer are responsible for return shipping charges.

Digital download items, custom, or personalized orders are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstance.

Custom and Personalized Orders
In order to secure a booking and lock-in current pricing, I require an upfront 50% deposit. Payment in full can also be made if the client so chooses. Upon completion of custom order, the final payment must be paid in full prior to shipment of the artwork.

Cancellation of Custom Order
If you wish to cancel your custom order after placing a deposit, please email me at artofheatherpaul(at)gmail.com within 5 days to receive a full refund. After 5 days, deposit refunds cannot be made and will be retained in order to cover consultation time, mock-ups, and loss of business. Any payment made in addition to the deposit will be fully refunded.

If an order is canceled after work on the custom order has commenced, I will retain the deposit plus an additional 30% in order to cover work time expended and materials used.
